Sunderland Harriers are based at Silksworth Sports Complex, Silksworth, Sunderland.  We have training sessions for all age groups at the complex on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:45pm to 8:00pm.  The senior members also meet at the complex on Sundays at 9:30am for a long run.

You are more than welcome to come along to the sports complex to see the facilities and training that the club has to offer.  Our club secretary Les Arnott, or one of the club's coaches can advise you about joining a suitable coaching group.

Membership of Sunderland Harriers & AC is open to children from the age of nine.  There are coaching groups for both boys and girls up to the senior age group of 17 years.

The senior and veteran members also have various training groups to cater for all abilities.

Membership subscriptions are due for renewal annually on the 1st October.
